The don’t pass bet is a popular bet in craps. It is made by placing your chips on the don’t pass line before the come out roll.
The don’t pass bet is the direct opposite of a pass line bet. Betting on the don’t pass line is called betting wrong. Players betting on the don’t pass line are called wrong bettors (as opposed to right bettors).
Outcomes
The bet wins: on a 2, 3
The bet loses: on a 7 or 11
The bet ties: on a 12
Don’t pass bet:
- A craps bet placed on the don’t pass line.
- A player making a don’t pass bet is called a wrong player.
