In poker, filling up means making a full house hand. This term is mostly used after a community card is revealed that creates an additional 2 of a kind combination for a player who already has a 3 of a kind. By combining their 2 of a kind with their 3 of a kind, the player creates a full house.
A player’s probability of getting a full house is 2.60%. In comparison, the probability of getting a flush is 3.03%.
Usage Example:
“I hope to fill up, but it is unlikely.”
